Voicemail pick-up time is set at 31 second. The calls will go directly to voice mail and sometimes the Call Logs shows no record.

I am using the good old OOMA Hub with no premier features for over two years. This problem started recently.

I'd try rebooting everything in your network (before the computers) first. Modem, completely powered off, router off, ooma off etc and turn on one by one staring with modem (waiting for each to come online before the next).

Sometimes when some of your My Ooma Settings aren't quite correct this will happen. Go to the following sites and remove check marks and save. Then test making and receiving calls, restoring check marks one by one, until you find what is causing the problem. Some times you may have to have to wait for up to an hour for the Ooma Servers to recognize your My Ooma Changes.
