During setup, and pressing > on Ooma device - does not go thru instructions for VM setup rather it just says "you have no VMs." Bottom line, cannot setup VM greeting. Help?

Power off your Ooma Telo for one hour. Then repower the Ooma Telo. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reprogram and correct your Ooma profile.
