Just ssetup Ooma and doing test calls - shows VM received on telephone handset but not in Ooma dashboard or when pressing > on Ooma or not sending VM to mobile phones. Setup correctly for VM notifications so that is not the problem. Help?

Power off your Ooma Telo for one hour. Then repower the Ooma Telo. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reprogram and correct your Ooma profile.
