Caller ID stopped working working

Just in the last week, the caller ID stoped working. When the phone rings it displays " Incoming call ".

Power off the Ooma device for one hour. Then repower the Ooma devcie, then test.

I shut the hub and scout off for an hour, then pluged them in.. The caller ID works, but there are some calls that still show "Incoming Call". The number showed up in the call log, but the name was blank. is my hub going bad?
