i got ooma last week, and not able to check my voicemail online. it says the inbox is unavailable temporarily!!. i talked to ooma csr several times, and they are still working on it. in the meantime, i am wondering anyone else had this problem before?

so its been more than a week now. looks like ooma couldnt figure out whats the problem yet..so i am just keep calling them every morning ...becoming a routine practice :(

Hi oomacitizen, your voicemail account should be created now. Please try rebooting your Hub to make sure it comes up OK.

Sorry about that long delay to get the voicemail account created. I think there was some confusion on our end about whether the command to create your voicemail account had been executed.

This looks like the issue I'm currently having.

Hopefully this gets resolved quickly so I don't need to make calling Ooma as part of my daily routine :)
