Power off the Ooma device for 1hour. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reload/reset/correct your Ooma profile. Then repower the Ooma device and test. Then Test by calling your Ooma phone number with your cell and see if there is improvement.tonyoco wrote:It seems like since I/you switched to the new voice mail system, it hasn't worked properly.
