It sure seems like level 3 support has left me for dead per that last e-mail I posted. Anyone know another way to get some help from Ooma? I'd hate to take to Facebook, Amazon, etc with my complaints, because I've been a big fan of the company up until now.

My issue with the *67 has been fixed along with my inability to check voicemail from my Ooma hub. Not sure what the fix was, but I'm good to go. Thanks coma.

Per Ooma support, the problem and solution in case someone runs into it in the future:

"It looks like your caller name was set to "Private Caller". This caused a problem with our system and prevented calls from routing and issues with voicemail. Engineering set the CNAM back to your name."
