If you have just setup your Ooma device, make sure that you have chosen an Ooma Line 1 phone number in My Ooma.hans wrote:I can dial out. Cant receive calls. When u call you get this message. The subscriber you have dialed is not in service.
If you have a Line 1 phone number, and are still within the first two months of your Ooma Premier trial period, you can go into My Ooma and setup another Line 2 phone number. Then test call that number.
If the Line 2 phone number works, and the first number that you have doesn't mean anything to you, have Ooma Customer Support roll you second number over to your Line 1 number.
Make sure that Ooma Customer Support doesn't try to charge you for changing Ooma phone numbers.
