Yesterday I added a second number but did not test it until today. All calls to second number were going straight to voice mail. I called tech support (reasonable wait time) after some troubleshooting I was instructed to unplug the HUB and after restoring the power push down on the Ooma tab reset during boot up. At first I could not get a connection back for a while, cycled router power (router is downstream of the HUB) but nonetheless it worked and BLUE light is back. The second line is now working properly.
