I have the 500 minute international bundle. Do incoming calls count toward the minutes as well? Also, if we decide we need the 1000 minute plan can we add it later?

Incoming calls are always free. The international bundle is for outgoing international calls to included destinations. To change plans, you need to contact Ooma customer service.
