I tried to access my messages online as I usually do, but the inbox is not available. Then I called my home to check them remotely but instead of getting the greeting the call was disconnected when it would have normally gone to voice mail. Anyone else having the same issue??

Mine is tempoarily out of service also. I suspect Ooma is working on several problems in this area.

Yes, we're currently working on restoring the voicemail service to the affected accounts.

I've noticed this same issue today. Even though the status report says it's back up, it's still out here at 7:50pm PT. Very annoying Ooma!
