have a recurring problem, actually 2 that seem related:

incoming call rings we answer but caller does not hear us until we say hello a second time

incoming call rings but caller does not hear it ring and when we answer there is no one there

Power off the Ooma device for 20 minutes. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reload/reset/correct your Ooma profile. Then repower the Ooma device and test.

Also you may have to contact Ooma Customer Support for this problem. I saw on anther post where the person had to have Ooma make some changes on their end.

regarding your issue, "incoming call rings but caller does not hear it ring and when we answer there is no one there" It seems like I am having this sporadically with people using the iPhone with ios5 and 3g. I have tested this on my iPhone 4 with 3g disables and my ooma rings fine, when its enabled i cant hear it ring on the iphone. It sometimes comes up anonymous as well. Im confused...
