When I got Ooma a year back I know I was receiving emails when I'd get a VM. We have an answering machine that we use for 99% of the time, but this morning I walked by the device and it was flashing, indicative of several VMs I never got and never got emails for. I do get emails from OOMA for account stuff, but don't see at my.ooma.com where to force it to send for VMs. What am I missing?

I don't have ooma premier, just the basic service.

You got the voicemail emails during your Premier trial.
You have to subscribe to Premier for them to continue.
