Call blocking Problems

I've tried to block several 800 #'s but they just keeping calling and leaving the same sales message. I thought it was easy to go to the calls screen and block them. Am I missing something?

Make sure your personal and community blakclists are enabled here: https://my.ooma.com/blacklists
