You have to call Ooma Customer Service and have them do it, but they say this change is permanent.Mikeinva wrote:How do I turn off voice mail if I do not want it on?
It is better, if you use another voicemail, to set the My Ooma voice mail settings to the maximum number rings before pickup. Then you set the other voicemail machine to pickup the call with less number of rings, so the other voicemail mail machine will always pickup the calls first. This configuration keeps your options open.
