OOMA system down once again. Second time this week. We've ported our number to OOMA recently and now management is re-thinking the whole concept. There is virtually no customer service, no support or regular alerts regarding service interuptionS. In this age of technology in which ooma competes - there is no viable excuse for lack of information by a variety of means. Communication is your business and OOMA is failing at it's core. We have high hopes OOMA - this is a great dissapointment.

Power Cycled Ooma waiting 60 seconds. No ISP issues.

no service in TX - Dallas- same as Monday - red hub - Line 1 & 2 flashing
