Same problem here in Va Beach, VA. I'm guessing the server is down. This happened once to me in the last 2 years. Clearly if the same thing is happening to everyone it's a system wide problem.

Outage here in Colorado Springs as well.

I obviously still have internet. No amount of resetting anything helps. Cannot login to my.ooma.com either.

YAY for ooma not bothering to have the courtesy to let us know there is an outage or some sort of upgrade happening.

It happens on rare occasions, not usually down for long. But that's relative. For some, seconds without phone service is an eternity. I would be surprised if it weren't fixed within the hour.

1) No Ooma phone service here in Virgina (540) area code.

2) No access available to Ooma portal either.
