I've had Ooma since early January and this is the first outage I've experienced because of an issue on Ooma's end.

Still down in NJ at 5p.m.

Yes! My Ooma Hub is having both Line LEDS glowing even though no one's on the phone.

Mine is down in MN & has been since at least noon.

I've had ooma since early Dec & this is the first outage I've had. I'm glad they have this forum, I was beginning to be convinced mine was somehow broken as all ports are connected & little green lights are flashing, it LOOKS like it's working.

At least I'm not the only one.

Mine did that too. And I actually got the blue light for a moment. Ooma is obviously working on it.

Still down in NY (6:20pm)

And in response to another poster earlier - I've had Ooma just over 1 year, and I had exactly one other outage, of an hour or two, several months ago, I don't recall exactly when.

Still out in northern ID. I wish someone for ooma would post something saying there working on it. Silence is not always golden. 3

Service still down in northern NJ as of 6:41 p.m. ET. Just switched to Ooma 3 days ago. Not a great way to start.
