Thanks murphy I will try that before I contact customer support. Thank you both for your help, hopefully i can get it fixed soon.

I tried the wired phone test personally. It works fine.

Pretty sure Its an obi110 issue. Thank you for your help. Even though it is not an ooma issue if I can figure out what happened I will post.

factory reset the obi110 and it works. Thanks again for everyones help, sorry that it turned out to be something altogether different.
