My phones are down and my Ooma's logo light is blinking red/blue (for at least 1/2 hour). Before that the logo was white and phones were down too.

Lines 1 and 2 are solid blue
The trashcan and message logo are solid blue

None of the other logos are lit.

Does this mean that the firmware is being updated?

Or should I reboot?

If you have left it set for about one hour and it hasn't corrected itself, reboot.
