When I retrieve my voicemail from a phone, I can listen to all of them but ooma hub does not mark it as heard. When I am done it still says I have new voicemail. I have to delete as I am listening or the light keeps flashing. It seems they are changing things in the VM system. I am getting a little different prompts now also. I could not find a preference to mark as heard when VM completes. Any help?
