you could with the optional bluetooth adapter, but I bought this panasonic unit before oom's was available. it works great for me linking my cell phone. No problems at all. I only wish I could have found a non-answering machine option. Not saying they don't exist, but while at Best Buy, in a hurry for something that covers all rooms needing a phone, this was our best option. Just bug me that I have hardware that I'm not using (other than to hold and charge the phone).
