My port from Vonage completed approximately 35 days ago.

I am able to receive some inbound calls, but certain callers receive the message: "o106 your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again."

Any ideas?

Most likely these are calls from Vonage customers.
Have one of them call Vonage and complain that they can't reach a known working number.
Vonage marked your number as disconnected instead of removing it from their system.
