Same problem here. Can't dial out. Also, Cannot receive any calls. Have tried restarting everything, it didn't resolve the problem.

I had this problem this morning. I tried to call three different local numbers, only to hear busy signals.

But after a reboot, everything worked fine.

This is probably an Ooma problem.

But just to make sure Un-power the Modem, Ooma, and Router.
Then Repower you Modem, when that's done powering, power your Ooma or Router, which ever is next in line, than repower the last device, and test.

Just sent an email. I've tried powercycling everything twice, the problem still persists.

When you access the Ooma Setup pages, then click on Status, does it show Ooma Tunnel as connected?
