OK, just to follow up on these two issues. Turns out, my outside line just decided stop working shortly after I ordered my Ooma port. Hell of a coincidence. :)

The second line was going straight to voice mail because I was testing it with my cell phone and apparently it's anonymous. My privacy settings were to send all anonymous calls to voice mail.
