- No dialtone and I can not send a call out.
- The phone rings I can not receive the call. I can not hear the caller and they can not hear me.
- No error status, just the normal blue tab.
- No configuration changes.
- The internet, modem and router are all working normally.
- The account is active.
- I have done a power cycle on all devices.
