At one point in time I had ooma set up to notify both my wife & my cell phones when we had new voice mail. It doesn't seem to be working anymore, so I tried to find out how I set it up and for the life of me I can't find where I did this. I don't see any sort of setup screen for it.

I don't have ooma premier, and I was only getting notification that I had a message, not the message itself.

Where do I set this up?

If you have Core, without Premier, you'd just get text notifications of your VMs.

If other Ooma hardware, without Premier, no notifications.

That's where I looked, but it only gives me options for signing up for premiere. The non-premiere is supposed to come with options for notification according to http://ooma.custhelp.com/app/answers/de ... tification

But there are no options on the preferences/voicemail that I can access as a non-premiere user.

That's for the Core base service (with Core hardware), other base service would be Basic. If you have Basic base service, here is the comparison: http://ooma.custhelp.com/app/answers/de ... comparison
