No. We did have a storm come through here mid-last month which dumped 3.5 feet of snow and knocked out power for 4 days. The forwarding worked fine then.

Since then there are no outages. Telo is not behind a router. It is on a separate modem of its own directly connected to the cable internet connection, the way it has been for well over a year.

In addition to the other suggestions, you should call customer support again to continue to "push" your problem.

To make sure that some other odd thing isn't happening, run http://speedtest.phonepower.com/ a few times, than click on left lower tab, copy, and post results here. The results will give an idea of your home's setup health.
