caller ID

It's been over two weeks since I installed my ooma telo and when I call someone i expect my name to show up on their caller ID but instead it still reads "ooma" to them. What's up with that ?

Now it's been over three weeks. I have never had a home phone at this location before, could this be the reason the my out bound caller id is not working ? suggestions ?

When my Telo was new, I had the same thing. It took about four months before it started working right.
