I notice that every time I place a international call on my 500 min bundle plan the balance is always 90 minutes. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?? I HATE having to call in every time to check the balance.

Why can't i get my balance just by logging in online? Why is this system so buggy??

Another suggestion for ooma, why don't you have a three digit number for users to reach support directly in stead of having to dial the 1800 number all the time.
