All calls going to voice mail no ring tone

For the past month calls going to voice mail. After reading forum was waiting for patch. Now no rings and calls go to voice mail. Have rebooted, have core so no forwarding, dnd not set, no blocking. Premier customer but reluctant to use the help. Any ideas?

Can you dial out?

Yes outgoing is not a problem.

If you have Premier, you have forwarding.
Make sure the intensity knob on the right side is turned up and the envelope button is not red.

Since you don't have Premier and can't enable Do Not Disturb, looks like a call to Customer Service is in order.

Call Customer Service team at 1-888-711-6662 Monday - Friday 7am-7pm PST, Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm PST.
