We have a hub and scout. When someone left a voicemail the red light would come on both units as expected. Pressing the button allowed us to listen to the voicemail on the device - hub or scout. Now the scout no longer allow the voicemail playback on the unit. When you press the button there is no sound. If I pull a handset and listen, I can hear the voicemail service but he speaker on the scout...nothing.
