One thing I have notices since using Ooma is that CallerID works great, but I have to dial a 1 before the area code. Is there a setting to deal with this? My previous VOIP provider allowed me to just dial the 10 digit number (i.e. 111-111-1111) rather than having to put in a one before the area code (i.e. 1-111-111-1111).

Log into your my.ooma.com account and enable 10 digit dialing.
