Access VM straight from a non-Telo Handset

Post by KAT6 » Sat Nov 20, 2010 6:52 am

I am using Panasonic handsets with my Telo, is there a number i can program into the VM function of the handset so I don't have to be physically standing in front of the Telo to access VM?

Thanks.

From home

* Pick up your telephone and dial your own phone number to hear your messages though your telephone

From anywhere

* Dial your Ooma number from any phone and hit * when your voicemail picks up to enter the voicemail navigation menu Important: You can only access your voicemail controls in this way once you've gone through the voicemail setup process.
* Log in to your My Ooma account online and use the Calls and Messages widget in your Dashboard
* Log in to your My Ooma account online and visit the Voicemail tab to access your Inbox
* From your email box using our voicemail forwarding feature (Premier only)

Great tip... And a reason to put my own number on speed-dial! If my phone allows a pause, I can put in the * too!
