Im having a problem with my voicemails or notifications not being sent to my email. I have the premier service and have noticed this now for about the past 3-4 weeks. Everything was fine prior to that but now I dont know what the problem is. Everything is still setup the same in my preferances. I tried searching to see if there is a problem topic already but I didn't find anything. Is anyone else having this problem?

Any advice on what to do? I was hoping to fix this without having to call their horrible customer service.

If ur settings look ok under My Ooma - Preferences - Voicemail with email addresses all defined, then I would reboot ur Ooma and test again.
