Outgoing calls using Bluetooth adapter

I am using a Plantronics 530. I can receive calls just fine to my headset, but I cannot place outgoing. Whenever I dial *15 I get a fast busy tone.

Any ideas?

If *15 before the phone number doesn't work, then I'd remove and pair the headset again.
