Is there a setting for reducing the QOS on the Ooma that will increase the response on my computer? The audio drops out for 2-4 seconds each time at 3 to 4 times per minute whenever I am on calls using my laptop phone which is connected to the internet behind the Ooma (cable goes from the modem to the Ooma, then to the Linksys router and then to the laptop). I need to use a "soft phone" application on my laptop for work
Calls on the Ooma are fine - no issues there. I just can't use it for my work as it is not inside the corporate firewall. There must be a way to give greater priority to the internet traffic behind the Ooma.
