My parents' Ooma Telo is still sub-performing and there's a tremendously-long delay as far as communication of voice from their phone connected to the Ooma Telo and vice versa with the person on the other end of the call.

I connected remotely to their system tonight and performed the VOIP Speed Test via the www.whichvoip.com site.

I realize that the values I'm about to post below may be compromised a little bit since there was of course usage of their bandwidth by *me* since I was connected remotely to their computer and controlling it, but nonetheless, here are the postings of the 4 separate VOIP speed tests I performed. I'll go ahead and mention that the results of the 1st speed test seemed completely out of whack in terms of the jitter, but they improved and seemed more reasonable during the last 3 tests.

I also went into the http://setup.ooma.com page on my parents' computer, again, while still connected to them remotely and I wrote down a few key values in their configuration in case this helps any. These are the default values/settings and I/we haven't changed any of them:

--- Network Connection: Automatic
--- Modem Port MAC Address: Automatic
--- QOS Upstream: 384
--- QOS Downstream: 0

My family has the Ooma Telo and we've been nothing but 99.9% satisfied with it... friends of ours also have the Ooma Telo and they've been almost 100% satisfied with the service and the quality of conversations and so forth. My parents absolutely hate it still at this point due to the voice lag being almost unbearable to where you can't easily have a conversation without completely talking on top of each other.

Any recommendations / suggestions related to the settings I posted earlier in this msg. and the study of the WhichVOIP.com speed tests (4 of them) I posted are greatly appreciated.

One last thing... my parents have AT&T FastAccess DSL Extreme 6.0 Internet service and they have an integrated 2wire 2701HG-B DSL modem / wireless router, so there's no other connection option with that 2wire setup aside from connecting the Ooma to one of the available ports on their router... there's of course no option currently for them to go DSL Modem to Ooma to Computer.

Many thanks for anything you can offer suggestion-wise.
