NOTHING BUT DEAD AIR

Internet connection is fine. Ooma is not delivering dial tone.
I am a premium subscriber with call forwarding, but call forwarding is not working. When you dial our number, you get dead air. No voicemail, no call forwarding.

Is this a systemwide outage going on??

I'm in NY and mine has not been working since about 1am. I have a pink/red flashing Ooma tab. My internet is fine. No problems there. I even checked my router and it gives me good transmissions. My calls are being forwarded correctly. I have no Ooma dial tone to call out and it doesn't answer when I call.

Hello oneengnr,

Have you tried powering all devices off for a few minutes & then power back in sequence.

For example:
If you have Modem>Ooma>Router, power in this order:

1. power modem & allow a few minutes for it to come online.
2. power hub & allow a few minutes for it to come online.
3. power router

Hello Fis,

Unfortunately I wasn't able to look up your account with the email address you used to register for the forums.
You can send me a pm & I can take a look.

Thx

Thank you ntoy!!! :D
I tried your instructions and my Ooma came back online perfectly! I had tried unplugging them to reset them but didn't unplug the router with them. Now I know for next time.
