At this moment, I'm unable to complete an outgoing call. I find this happens maybe once or twice a week. I get the ooma dialtone, dial, wait..... no ring. I try a different number...same result.

It's not an internet problem, because I'm currently using the same connection as my ooma as I post this topic.

Anyone else find this? I see no commonalities between the times this happens.

I am having the same problem. I even called my cell phone as a test, nothing completes. 10-15 minutes later, I get the call from my ooma phone.

I called support, and they told me to do a speed test (which I knew was not the problem). Then, they tell me to disconnect the cable from the home port and plug my computer into it. I asked, "won't this disconnect our call"? She replied, "oh yeah", followed by silence. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on.
