I am having the same problems on both lines. outgoing calls work but all incoming calls are fast busy but rings as others described. Very frustrating as people keep calling and calling but can't talk to them.

It would be nice to get an update on fix time...

I just spoke with Ooma Customer Support and they confirmed that there is a system wide outage as it relates to incoming calls. Outgoing calls are working ok.

Their engineers are working on the problem but have no clue when it will be fixed. They gave me a case number and told me they would send me an email when the issue is resolved.

I am experiencing the same issue. Tech Support asked me to reboot. I had my wife reboot but same thing. Tech Support says there is no problem now, the update is complete. Yet I'm still having an issue.

I checked the System status and it doesn't appear Ooma keeps it updated.

Does Ooma monitor the Forums?

It can't be system wide because my phones are working normally in PA.

No problems in New Orleans . . . My chatter-box wife has been receiving, and making calls all morning

Interesting because a moderator (ntoy) posted the following in another thread discussing this issue:

"Unfortunately, one of our regional East Coast Carriers suffered an outage. They are on top of it & working asap to resolve

From Ooma Status:

We are currently experiencing an issue with inbound calling affecting customers in the East Coast region.
Please check the forums updates, we do apologize for any inconvenience this my cause."

bold mine.

In the Seattle area, my AT&T mobile phones experience this "call failure" when calling my ooma but Verizon landline at work can call my ooma fine.

Experiencing the same issue in the Memphis, TN area... I'm not at home and have no idea if I can call-out successfully or not, but I've been trying to call home all a.m. and I get nothing but a semi-fast busy signal...
