Hi Ooma,
I've recently been experiencing poor quality phone calls. I ran the test suggested and here are the results. I'm using the Ooma hub. Any suggestions? Thanks, Sandy

I'm in CT using Charter High Speed and having similar issues in the past few weeks with intermittent medium frequency noise that blocks 7-15 seconds of communication at a timeH >ere are my specs:

Hi Ooma,
I just rebooted my computer and did a reset on my modem & Ooma hub. I should have done that before emailing you. I ran another test and the results are below. I made a call and it's much clearer now. Sorry for any inconvenience. So glad that it worked! Hope it stays like this. Sincerely, Sandy :D
