A friend I regularly call lives in an area where the phone system is still rotary -- she must dial out with her phone set on "pulse", but then she must switch to "tone" whenever she is navigating an automated system.

In the past, my Telo has always connected with that rotary system, but this morning it did not ... yet everything did work perfectly after I (had used a cell phone to relay the message and) had my friend call me.

I post this here to suggest not all connection problems are completely Ooma's.
