Hi everybody,

I've gotten my Ooma a week or so ago. modem-->ooma-->router connection. Call quality is very good, but there's definitely a 1second delay between me and the other person.

In I've set upstream to 900kbps, downstream to 3434kbps.

Any suggestions? Do you need more info?

I've also tried to set both upstream and downstream values to 0, and it seems to be a little better but still not quite right.

Is it when you call a certain provider (cell company, etc.)? If so, which one?
