I can't find where this is still being resolved but I had CWCID on my Panasonic Dect phones for a long time and then lost it.
Mine still does not show me who is calling when I get a flash and I've seen where others have it again. I hear the flash but can't see who it is or the number and I am curious to know if everyone has it working again except me?
I am on the Telo and also using my Pansonic cordless.

I have Telo and Panasonic. Also, have the same issue. I called CS a couple weeks back. They are working on problem with no planned resolve date.

called just a few days ago - still no date for a fix, but the engineers are "working hard on the issue"
