I hate paying for things I don't get. Just like if the checkout person was placing his/her thumb on the tray when weighing out my veggies. I don't mind paying for things - I just want to get what I pay for. When you feel you have time to get what you are paying for, let me know. I can give you detailed steps to checking out your service to make sure it is not at your end. Qwest owes you what you contracted for. Don't settle for (much) less.
