I've bashed Ooma a lot on this forum, however2-3 month's ago I received a firmware update, and now my service is completely flawless - great quality, never drops, never offline. I guess the kinks have been ironed out, at least for me.

One criticism - your support is poor and consists of about 3 canned answers from bored and frustrated sounding agents. Responses like 'yes, out service is down' - or, 'yes, a firmware update was released, let's check if you have it already' would be better than 'check your QOS' - 'check your jitter' etc...
