My Ooma Down? Omma setup Down?

My Ooma Down? Omma setup Down?

I can't access My ooma page or the setup page is this general, or is it just me? :?:

It's just you.
The setup page is inside of your unit.

For the setup.ooma.com page you need to have your computer connected with a wired connection to the home network port on your ooma. The webserver for setup.ooma.com is the ooma itself. If you are running OpenDNS then you will need to access it using the IP address of http://172.27.35.1 - again, with a wired connection. Not sure why my.ooma.com isn't working but clearing your browser cache may work. What do you get when you try to go there?
