Outgoing voice issues

I'm having a problem. The outgoing voice quality can be quite bad. Is there anything I can do. I've tried tooling with QOS and other things. I have Clear 6mbps service...Here is the info from jitter test:

It looks like the culprit is your upload jitter.

Clear (or other wifi services) are not recommended ISP's for Ooma because of that issue. It may work for some, but the quality is too inconsistent with those ISP's
