Hi

I need some help. I can not hear incoming callers approximatley 5-10 seconds into call. This does not happen all the time, but about 1-8 calls or so. This happens with incoming land lines or cell calls. This has been happing since I started using OOMA a few months ago. Customer service could not help.

This is my setup:

DSL Router > OOMA > Home Router > PC

We are having the exact same problem. The call works for the first couple seconds (ranges from 5 seconds to a minute) and all of a sudden I can't hear anything for 5-20 seconds, then the cycle repeats.

Does anybody know if it's a firmware issue or if OOMA's service is just misbehaving?
